Hindi Song | Dus Kahaniyaan (2007)

As the name says, Dus Kahaniyaan consists of 10 different stories of different people with different themes. These short stories are directed by six directors, i.e. Sanjay Gupta, Apoorva Lakhia, Meghna Gulzar, Hansal Mehta, Jasmeet Dhodi and Sudhir Mishra. The list of the cast for Dus Kahaniyaan is even longer. I'm not going to list every name here. Just know there definitely is one or more of your favorite actors in this film.

To keep the tradition alive, the producers have also hired more than one music directors for this film. They are Gourav Dasgupta, Anand Raj Anand, Bappi Lahiri and Shafqat Ali Khan. Once again there is something for everyone the following 3 sets of songs. For me the most interesting ones seem to be Gulzaar's poems. One of the reasons I've been hesitating to post DK's songs is that there are just too many. I could've posted three albums instead of it, but since so many people want it, I had to ignore that feeling. Anyway I hope you enjoy these songs.

Hindi Song | De Taali (2008)

De Taali is E. Niwas'latest film starring Aftab Shivdasani, Ritesh Deshmukh, Ayesha Takia and Rimi Sen. De Taali is about three childhood friends who have grown together and are very close to each other, until Anjali (Rimi Sen) enters their lives and changes everything. It was released on June 20th to a not so good reception, both at the boxoffice and public view. The music composers of the film are Vishal and Shekhar. Enjoy!

Hindi Song | Dhamaal (2007)

Dhamaal is a film by director Inder Kumar. It is a comedy film starring our favorite actor Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Ritesh Deshmukh, Aftabh Shivdasani, and Ashish Chaudhary. It's good to have films about silly topics with silly jokes every now and then. But too many of them can be pretty annoying, like those so many films of the last year about blind, deaf and dumb characters.

Anyway, music of Dhamaal is composed by Adnan Sami, he has also lent his vocals to a couple of the songs. Unfortunately this album is one of his worst works so far. He's made some great songs in the past. Let's hope that trend doesn't go down.

Hindi Song | Life Mein Kabhi Kabhi (2007)

Life Mein Kabhi Kabhi is a film by Vikram Bhatt, and its music is by Lalit Pandit. LMKK stars Aftab Shivdasani, Dino Morea, Sameer Dattani, Anjori Alagh, Anuj Sawhney and Nauheed Cyrusi.

Five friends just out of college, argue about the meaning of happiness....... (read the rest on the film's official website)

I actually enjoyed LMKK's songs.Valha Valha is quite catchy, and No Problem will get them booties shakin'. I liked Hum Khushi Ki Chah Mein very much. It kind of sounds familiar, it is a great song nonetheless. I hope you like them too.

Hindi Song | Red (2007)

Red - The Dark Side is a film directed by Vikram Bhatt. It stars Aftab Shivdasani, Celina Jaitley, Amrita Arora and Sushant Singh. The trailer seems pretty intense and I think Aftab is doing a role in this film similar to what he did in Kasoor, or maybe not, I'm just guessing based on what I saw in the trailer.

Unfortunately, the music director of Red is Himesh Reshammiya who has once again sung (almost) all the songs himself. This is his first album of 2007, and I'm sure there are a lot more to come.

Hindi Song | Ankahee (2006)

Another fine music album by the guy who directed the music for movie Gangster, Pritam. Songs are a little too slow and low energy, but it's the kind you may want to listen to multiple times. The movie stars Aftab Shivdasani, Amisha Patel and Esha Deol. I've heard Esha is a little too bold with her clothing in this movie, which is cool!! Below are the songs, download and enjoy!!

Hindi Song | Shaadi Se Pehle (2006)

Here is another of Himesh Reshammiya's music directions for 2006. Akshaye Khanna plays the main role here alonside Mallika Sherawat, Ayesha Takia, Aftab Shivdasani and Sunil Shetty. Haven't watched the movie yet, however, I have listened to the songs and they are like every other Himesh song.
